The Dog Rose

Rosa canina'The Dog Rose' is the most common wild rose native to Europe, certainly the hedgerows of Britain would not be the same with out it's sweetly scented flowers and bright hips. Various forms of it are often used as the understock (onto which another variety is budded)in commercial production.
